Flooring and Stairs Renovation

A beautiful renovation of the flooring was a “step” in the right direction for giving this home a warm and appealing feel.

Unfortunately there are times I find myself jumping into the work so quickly that I forget to take any “before” pictures. This unfortunately was one of those times. The owners had the typical builder’s grade carpet on their steps and leading into an upstairs loft area. With 3 kids, 2 dogs, and a cat, the carpet wasn’t working for them. The homeowners picked out a beautiful, padded, thick grade gray laminate that really changed the look, and the usability of the space for them! This would have made for a great before and after look, but alas, you only get to the working progress and finished product!
