Getting Crafty
Sometimes you just don’t have a space in your home for what you need or want. That was the case here, where the house just didn’t already have a space for a craft room. The owners did not use the garage space for vehicles, and so were more than willing to part with some space in it. A 10x14 room later, and they had plenty of space for crafting and storage! We went from the studs to finish line on this one, doing all of the work to add this additional room (including moving and replacing the attic entry and adding lights). A/C was also run to the room, and insulation added to make this room useable 365 days a year! The best part of this build was being able to get the homeowner’s family involved! This was one of those times I wasn’t great about getting pictures, so the finished product does not have any great shots.
